CCC: Auto Lender Activation

When I started at CCC, the Lender Services team was brand new and had no customers. Working with the sales and product teams, I developed competitive messaging and GTM roadmaps for the CCC Total Loss Care - Lienholder Portal product.

I launched marketing campaigns and content to build awareness about the lender solutions and nurture prospect relationships, directly impacting lead conversion. The lender division is now a thriving part of the CCC ecosystem.
