Uplevel Brand Voice & Messaging
I worked closely with the Uplevel executive and product teams to rethink our brand messaging and positioning. Using their notes on the key tenets of the company, I wrote a new mission statement, value prop, brand pillars, and more to elevate our messaging. I also created Uplevel's brand voice guidelines, transitioning the company to a tone that better fit the ideal customer profile (ICP). To ensure the voice and messaging guidelines were followed, they were shared with other contributors in the form of a digital style guide.
